Hey Villains! Here it is! The 2 page splash. Words can’t describe how much time and effort was put into this and how much research was put into constructing Legend City. I wanted it to be a city on the coast with a massive cityscape. As you move deeper into Legend City you get to the more suburban areas, then the countryside over the mountains where you must cross one bridge to get to Stall Island Penitentiary.
